So often when we are mired in conflict, even if we can pinpoint "the problem", it is difficult to determine a course of action or solution, or what we've tried on our own just doesn't seem to work, and so the conflict continues. Whether it's you, your coworkers, or your employees, conflict within a business group is all personal.
